Finally delicious water straight from the tap
Team Sydros: Thank you for your feedback, we have now uploaded all installation videos to the website and thanks to you there is now a QR code in the instructions for use that takes you directly to the video.I've had the Sydros filter for 3 months now and I'm really happy with it. The water is noticeably softer and tastes better. The filter was a bit difficult to install, but the YouTube video sorted that out and the installation was super quick and actually pretty easy.

Easy installation
Team Sydros: Yes, that really bothered us in our test kitchen and in the test bench. We now have a solution for that: we include a plastic bag made of recycled plastic in every order, in which you can dispose of your cartridges so that they no longer drip onto the floor.The installation was quite easy and I am happy with the result. The only negative point: the cartridge drips a lot after changing it, I put a bucket underneath it.

Safe from pollutants
Team Sydros: Thank you for your comment. It's not nice, of course, but we're happy that the filter arrived undamaged. We hope that the parcel delivery companies will be more careful with our parcels in the future.Good filter, water tastes better and I feel safer when it comes to contaminants. Unfortunately the shipping box arrived a bit battered, but the filter was undamaged. Would still buy again.
